Don't Worry, Everything is Going to be Amazing: Good times ahead, guaranteed

A WMC Countdown Edition feature: Picking the parties to attend in Miami over WMC is like looking over a gourmet menu with way too many mouth-watering options. Here is the short list of events - approved by your Trusted Board of Good Taste - that will ensure you'll have a memorable time no matter which of these events you attend. Good music and good times ahead, guaranteed.

Day 1: Tuesday, March 23th

Warm up Conference at Shelter's 20 Year Anniversary featuring NY's old school house legends Timmy Regisford and David Morales and other guests for a night of classics at the Shelbourne Beach Resort.
8 pm - 5 am.

Day 2: Wednesday, March 24th

Seeing Danny Tenaglia is a must-see if you want to get the full WMC experience...you wouldn't want to go to a baseball game and not buy a hot dog, right? Just sayin'. He'll be throwing down his extra extended extended set at the legendary Be Yourself Miami party featuring special guest, Paco Osuna at the Parkwest Nightclub. Doors at 10 pm.

Feeling the need for something more intimate? Check out King Britt's The Intricate Beauty Album Release Party at downtown's Electric Pickle. His new release is definitely something to celebrate about and he'll be going all out, featuring vocalists and special guests. NY's Rich Medina will also be there to add some funk and soul flavor to the night.
9 pm - 5 am.

Day 3: Thursday, March. 25 - Don't Forget To Go Home arrives!!

Celebrate 25 years of Detroit Techno with the D25 all star team featuring Motor City's best of the best: Juan Atkins, Theo Parrish, Moodymann, Monty Luke, Stacey Pullen, Kyle Hall...just to name a few.
8 pm - 5 am at the Shore Club.

If you're feeling in the mood for some East Coast beats, check out Objektivity's bash at SoBe Live featuring New Jersey legend Dennis Ferrer along with the Martinez Brothers, Brothers Vibe, Nasser Baker and other house afficionados from the Garden State. 9 pm - 5 am.

Day 4: Friday, March 26

Get twisted from the start at the Hallucination Limited Afterhours featuring Halucienda's label boss DJ Three along with the Sycophant Slag duo, Wolf+Lamb's No Regular Play and UK's house legend, Doc Martin. Can't all Fridays start off like this?
5 am - 12 pm at the Electric Pickle.

Dancing inside grungy clubs isn't the whole reason you came to Miami. Get under the sun at Circoloco's Pool/Beach Party at the Eden Roc Hotel featuring Davide Squillace, Jamie Jones, Clive Henry, Lee Burridge...and many...many more. Don't forget that sunscreen. 11 am - 11 pm.

Today also marks the US debut of Agoria who will be playing at his Balance 016 Release Party featuring past Balance DJs, Joris Voorn, Will Saul and others along with special guest, DJ Three. 12 pm - 11 pm at the Victor Hotel.

Once the clock strikes 11 pm, its time for the real nightlife to begin. Get pretty in pink and head to the Mighty Pink Mammoth Marathon to join the fifteen-hour extravaganza featuring DJ T, Random Soul and other surprises. This is a FREE event (finally) and will take place at the Catalina Hotel. 2 pm - 5 am.

Also tonight is AM's One Night Only event at the old Karu and Y and per usual does not fall short of a line up that will have you drooling. 10 pm - ??

Day 5: Saturday, March 27th - Happy Birthday to Me!!!

5 am is Miami's magic hour. This is the time when the parties get really serious, like Crosstown Rebel's Get Lost 5 Year Birthday at the Electric Pickle with an insane line up. Seriously, I may not walk out in one piece. 5 am - 7 pm.

But, if you can still stand the Get Physical guys will have you back in shape at the Miller Genuine Draft & Get Physical Music Presents event at Charcoal Studio. M.A.N.D.Y vs. Damian Lazarus vs. Matthew Dear...'nuff said. 10 pm - 7 am.

Day 6: Sunday, March 28th

Made Event's Sunday School for Degenerates is a no-brainer (literally and figuratively speaking, actually). It will be one big, happy, derelict family. Ice Palace, 10 pm (Sat) - 10 pm (Sun).

By the time that's over the last thing you'll want to hear is techno music...if you can, then props to you. I recommend ending the night at the Hot Natured party, now in it's second year for seven hours of disco and oldies. Last year Damian Lazarus closed with "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers...sigh. Your mind and ears will be grateful for some feel-good tunes after a wild week. You'll probably be broke by now, but don't worry it's a FREE event! At Bar, 10 pm - 5 am.
